Report a Map Update

We are continuously working to enhance ALK's Digital Maps™ to provide the best possible navigation experience. Help us improve specific areas more quickly by reporting a road or address that is missing or needs updating in the form below. Map update requests are only applicable for the U.S and Canada.

Please note:

  • Turn restrictions, exit signpost corrections and one-way street errors can be reported through MapSure but are not included in the 45 day guarantee. These changes will be updated in the quarterly map updates.
  • POIs (Points of Interest) are not part of the MapSure service.

 
 

MapSure map updates and improvements are only available for certain navigation products and models.

If your product does not appear in the list below then it is not eligible for the MapSure service. We welcome your map update request, however please be advised you will not receive a map update for your product.
