Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant reports to CEO and will provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO as well as other members of the senior management team. This position will require frequent communication with senior-level personnel and my require handling of sensitive information.
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and coordinate schedules, meetings, conference calls, document signings, filling, etc
- Arrange and coordinate travel and accommodations
- Provides clerical assistance to other senior management as needed
- Provide corporate marketing support as needed
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent

Business Development Manager, Enterprise Solutions
This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join ALK’s Enterprise Solutions Business Development team. This position reports to the vice president of business development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build out existing portfolio of Mobility Solution Partner accounts
- Evolve existing active mobility solution partner account relationships into revenue generating partner accounts.
- Work through and negotiate details of Partner Reseller Agreements
- Work through partner evaluation and integration issues as the customer facing ALK POC supported by ALK’s Professional Solutions development and integration team.
- Define mutual go-to-market strategies in support of short and medium term fleet solution revenue opportunities.
- Work with both ALK and Partner Marketing organizations to implement Press Releases, promotional exposure, solution sell sheets, and coordination of other marketing & sales activities
- Identify and grow the Mobility Solution partner account base
- Pursue New Business Partner opportunities
- Respond to inbound Professional Solutions inquiries from ALK’s website, ALK’s Sales Team, and Partner Sales Team referrals
- Attend tradeshows and industry events throughout the year, demonstrating ALK’s latest CoPilot Professional and PC*MILER solutions.
- Help to close Fleet Sales opportunities by providing onsite ALK mobility solution demonstrations as part of Partner Sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of technical sales/business development experience (prior experience selling software solutions highly preferred).
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.

Entry Level Software Quality Assurance Analyst
ALK is adding several Entry Level Software Quality Assurance Analyst to our navigation and map data routing QA/Test team based in the Princeton, NJ headquarters. This is an entry level position ideal for recent Information Systems or Computer Science graduate or someone with 0-2 yrs of technical support experience. Design Technologist
Are you a designer who loves to code? A developer who knows design? Are you able to bridge the gap between design and engineering, solving design problems with fearless creativity and technical skills?
For this role, we’re looking for a well-balanced hybrid designer/front-end developer. Candidates will be able to conceive and execute prototypes for web experiences and applications – as well as craft production-ready code – throughout the design process, in close collaboration with the rest of the design team as well as developers, project managers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and making web sites that are beautiful on the outside as well as elegantly coded on the inside. You should have a well-rounded, visually-exceptional portfolio that includes examples of well-crafted, cleanly-coded, and thoughtful experiences. Project Manager, CoPilot Live
ALK is adding a Project Manager to our CoPilot Live team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, testing, and release of a family of mobile software solutions. In this position, you will be the key development interface for product stakeholders, corporate, marketing, quality assurance, and technical support. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of product schedules and road maps, tasking allocated resources, and the specification and design of product features. The Project Manager will need to schedule and facilitate project status meetings and advise management on the effects change requests will have on schedule and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5 + years related experience with a proven track record of success delivering consumer-oriented software.
- Possess excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC using industry standards to achieve milestone deliveries

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and assisting users in resolving complex problems with the PC*MILER suite of products. Additionally, you will record and report software bugs and usability problems to project/product managers for corrective action.
