	PCMILER\|Rail used to Determine New Mileage Based Fuel Surcharges PCMILER\|Rail, utilized by all Class 1 Railroads, is widely used for rate determination and negotiation, rail car mileage auditing, carrier selection, and ad valorem tax reporting. Its North American rail network includes information for over 240,000 miles of rail line, over 49,000 freight stations and 700 railroads. PC*MILER\|Rail 14's release this summer will include a new Fuel Surcharge Routing formula option to accommodate the recent STB ruling for mileage based Fuel Surcharge calculation.

	ALK’s Multi-Version Switch Now Integrated with Innovative Enterprise Software Innovative Computing Corporation (ICC) has integrated ALK’s Multi-Version Switch (MVS) into its Innovative Enterprise Software® (IES) management system for fleets. The integrated MVS tool enables PCMILER users to work with multiple PCMILER versions on the same server. Accessing ALK’s MVS tool via IES, Innovative customers can assign specific PCMILER versions to individual shippers according to that shipper’s contract. IES will then use the correct PCMILER version to calculate that shipper’s billing miles.
