3. CoPilot is speaking in slow motion. How can I speed up the speech so that it sounds normal?

  1. Watson 2.1 (found in Control Panel) may have reaction time set to "slow". This happens automatically if the laptop does not have the proper system requirements.
    1. Go to START…Settings…Control Panel...WatsonASR...Performance.
    2. Set "Reaction Time" to "high" and click "OK".

The computer will then ask you to reboot. Upon restart the speech feature should work normally.
