3. When I try to print a map I get Fatal Exception Error "OE0137:BFF9A07C". What can I do to fix this? I. From the START button, go to Settings…control panel…display…settings and check your color palette (even if you have a black and white printer). Change the setting to "256" and that will correct the problem. Please note that we recommend the most up-to-date printer drivers available. | |||
