Patch description: The CoPilot 2003 patch fixes the following problems while enhancing functionality with new and improved features.

- Fixed: Reported speed.
- Fixed framing in Guidance mode when "North Up" is set to "On".
- Fixed: Option to change size of guidance arrow removed. Arrow resized.
- Fixed: All "Pan" voice commands.
- Fixed: "More Detail" and "Less Detail" voice commands.
- Removed "Detour" voice command.
- Fixed: Reported speed.
- Fixed: Play back a GPS track in Planning Mode.
- Fixed: GPS tracks are always saved with correct file name.
- Fixed: "Infinite" speed was removed from Planning Mode GPS playback.
- Fixed: Draw Wide Roads.
- Fixed: Road shields were displaying a letter prefix instead of numbers.
- Fixed: When adding a Contact as a destination in either Guidance or Planning, hitting "Cancel" on the import status bar cancels the action.
- Fixed: Guidance Mode> Destination: POI's "Near my current route".
- Fixed: Guidance Mode> Add a Saved Trip as a destination.
- Fixed: Guidance Mode> Destination> Edit> Optimize.
- Fixed: Touch Keyboard redesigned.
- Fixed: Lat/Long in Planning Mode status bar shows DMS and decimal.
- Fixed: Lat/Long entry in Guidance Mode accepts DMS or decimal.
- Improved: Tab order in Save Current Location window is more user-friendly.
- New: Save Current Location added to GUI in Passenger mode. Button is disabled when there is no GPS fix.
- New: Detour button added to GUI. Button is disabled when there is no GPS fix or there is no destination entered.
- New: "No GPS signal. Please check the connections" text added to top of Guidance Mode window.
- New: GPS arrow leaves a trail in Guidance Mode and Passenger map. No trail in Driver mode map.
- New: "Infinite" added as a GPS playback speed option in Guidance mode.
Follow the directions below to download and install the CoPilot 2003 patch.
Step 1
Make sure CoPilot 2003 is installed to your computer.
Step 2
Make sure you are NOT running CoPilot 2003. We also recommend that you close all other applications.
Step 3
Download the patch for
CoPilot 2003 by clicking here. Updated 4/22/2003
Step 4
When prompted where to save the patch, save it to your Desktop. The name of the file is cp2003patch.exe.
Step 5
Double click on the CP2003.exe icon to run the patch.
Step 6
Click Yes to upgrade CoPilot 2003.
Step 7
Click Setup to upgrade CoPilot 2003.
Step 8
A DOS window will pop up with the following information:
