Activation

1. Do I need to Activate Copilot Navigator 9?

Installation and CD

1. When I try to install CoPilot Navigator 9 it fails and I can't finish installing the program. How can I fix this?
2. Can I install my CoPilot Navigator 9 Data CD manually to my hard drive at a later time?
3. During the desktop installation of CoPilot I receive this error "Error -1607: Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Runtime".

1. Do I have to register CoPilot Navigator 9?
2. How does registration benefit me?

Trip Entry

1. CoPilot Navigator 9 is only giving me driving directions form City to City? How do I get directions from one street address to another?
2. When I try to find an address using a Zip Code CoPilot cannot find the address. What is wrong?
3. CoPilot Navigator 9 does not contain a Zip code I'm looking for? How can I find the address if CoPilot cant find the Zip Code?

GPS Receiver and Tracking

1. Can I use a different GPS unit with the CoPilot Navigator 9?
2. I'm using CoPilot for the first time and the program won't start tracking me. What's wrong?

1. How do I change CoPilot's voice?

Printing

1. When I try to print a map or driving directions individually it does not print. How can I print the map or just the driving directions?

Other

1. Why does CoPilot try to open AOL (or another Internet browser) every time I try to open it?
2. When I open CoPilot, I have a blank map with no details.
3. When I try to import custom places from Microsoft Outlook, the option is grayed out , and I can only choose "import from an existing file".
