1. When I try to activate CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 I get a message that say's "Product Key not Available for Activation on given License". What do I do?

  1. Please follow the directions below to Deactivate your CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3.
    • Open CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 and select Planning Mode.
    • Click on File, Upgrade License.
    • Click Deactivate.
    • Click Yes to confirm Deactivation.
    • If you are connected to the Internet click "Next" to deactivate automatically.
    • If you are not connected to the Internet click "Deactivate manually" and click Next.
    • Please jot down your Deactivation code for future reference.
    • Connect to the Internet on any computer.
    • Go to http://activate.alk.com/ALKLicense/web/ALKActivation.aspx
    • Click on "Deactivate Product" on the left hand side of the page.
    • Enter in your Product Key code.
    • Enter in your Deactivation code provided.
    • Click Submit to deactivate.
