2. Do I have to reactivate if I uninstall and reinstall to the same
computer?

3 to the same computer you do not need to reactivate your software.
CoPilot installation reads the license number on your computer and
matches it to your key code.
Note: In the event you need to reformat your hard drive you should
first deactivate your product key code before attempting to reinstall
the software. This will ensure your product key code is available for
activation. Formatting the hard drive wipes files out of the registry
that would normally memorize the information needed for activation,
therefore formatting and reinstalling does require activation.
