Installation and CD

  1. Should I uninstall my previous version of CoPilot before installing my CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3?
  2. When I try to install CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 it fails and I can't finish installing the program. How can I fix this?
  3. Can I install my CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 Data CD manually to my hard drive at a later time?
  4. How can I uninstall my previous version of CoPilot?
  5. During the desktop installation of CoPilot I receive this error "Error -1607: Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Runtime" .
  6. During the desktop installation of CoPilot I receive this error "could not copy SLABUN.EXE" followed by "Error Code: 0:"

Activation

Click here to activate CoPilot.

  1. When I try to activate CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3, I get a message that say's "Product Key not Available for Activation on given License". What do I do?
  2. Do I have to reactivate if I uninstall and reinstall to the same computer?
  3. When I try to open CoPilot Truck|Laptop 3, I get a message that's say's "License Record Not Found"

Registration

  1. Do I have to register CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3?
  2. How does registration benefit me?

Live

  1. I cannot login to CoPilot Live. I receive this message when I open Copilot "Account not found. Verify device connection info and web site account settings."
  2. My Laptop successfully logs into the Live server, but when I log into live.alk.com through an internet browser, my device is not listed.

Trip Entry

  1. CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 is only giving me driving directions form City to City? How do I get directions from one street address to another?
  2. When I try to find an address using a Zip Code CoPilot cannot find the address. What is wrong?
  3. CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 does not contain a Zip code I'm looking for? How can I find the address if CoPilot cant find the Zip Code?

GPS Receiver and Tracking

  1. The USB to Serial GPS I used with CoPilot 2003 does not work with CoPilot Truck Laptop 3. How can I get it to work?
