I cannot login to CoPilot Live. I receive this message when
I open Copilot “Account not found. Verify device connection info
and web site account settings.”
Recently CoPilot Live’s website was updated (12/12/05). This update offers a new and improved interface as well as improved performance, security, and stability. As part of the security upgrades, you will be required to create a new CoPilot Live web account for each of your CoPilot Live devices. Please visit http://live.alk.com/newaccount.aspx to create a new account. If your new user name and password is different than your old user name and password, you will need to update your device to match the new user name and password. | |||
