2. When I try to find an address using a Zip Code CoPilot cannot find the address. What is wrong? I. No, it doesn't! It could be that the Zip Code boundaries have been changed and that the address is in the database but that the program is unable to locate it within that specific Zip Code. It could also be there are multiple zip codes for that city and the changes have not been made to the government's database. We have the new zip codes in our database to search for a city, but it may not be reflected on the street links within the city just yet. Type in the name of the city that the address is in and select the city name that has a gold diamond beside it. This will ensure that CoPilot Truck | Laptop 3 searches the entire city for that address. | |||
