How do I activate my CoPilot Live 7 software?
For Automatic Activation, follow the steps below (requires an Internet Connection on the Mobile Device):
1. Connect your Mobile Device to the Internet. If your desktop computer has Internet access you can connect your Mobile Device to the desktop via ActiveSync and it will use the desktops Internet access to activate Copilot Live 7)
2. Open Copilot Live 7 on the Mobile Device
3. If prompted, enter your Product Key and select "OK"
4. Select "Next"
5. Choose "Internet" and select "Next"
6. Enter your email address and select "Next". Copilot will now connect to the internet and activate automatically.
7. "Activation Successful" - Select "Next" to continue using Copilot.
For Manual activation, follow the steps below (requires access to a Desktop computer that is connected to the internet):
1. Open Copilot Live 7 on the Mobile Device
2. If prompted, enter your Product Key and select "OK"
3. Select "Next"
4. Choose "No Internet" and select "Next"
5. On the next screen it will list your Product Installation Key Code and License Number. Please go to http://activate.alk.com on a computer that has internet access.
6. On the activation web page, enter your Product Key, License Number, and e-mail address and click "Submit" to obtain your activation code.
7. Once you have your Activation Code, select "Next" on the Mobile Device screen and enter in the Activation Code.
8. Select "Next" to activate Copilot.
9. "Activation Successful" - select "Next" to continue using Copilot.
Note: A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
If you do not have an internet connection or the activation is unsuccessful, contact ALK technical support at techsupport@alk.com to receive an activation code. Please include your Product Key and License Number in the e-mail.
