I want to put CoPilot Live 7 on a different Mobile Device.
CoPilot Live 7 is a single-user license and can only be activated on one Mobile Device at a time. If you wish to run CoPilot Live 7 on multiple devices, you can purchase additional copies of the application from one of our resellers or at http://www.alk.com.
If you have purchased a new Mobile Device and wish to use the application on your new device, you will need to deactivate CoPilot Live 7 from your old Mobile Device prior to activating on your new Mobile Device:
1. Open CoPilot Live 7 on the Mobile Device
2. Go to "Menu"->"Settings" and select "Licensing"
3. Select "Deactivate"
4. Choose either "Internet" or "No Internet" and select "Next"
Internet - Copilot Live 7 will deactivate automatically via Internet access.
No Internet - Copilot Live 7 will provide a Deactivation code on the screen. Please write down this code for your records.
1. On your Desktop computer, go to http://activate.alk.com/deactivate
2. Enter your Product Key and Deactivation Code and click "Submit"
3. Copilot will not be deactivated.
You can now install and activate CoPilot Live 7 on your new Mobile Device. Use your original Product Key for installation.
Note: A new Activation Code will be required for your new Mobile Device. The Activation Code from your old Mobile Device will NOT activate CoPilot Live 7 on your new device.
