When I try to open CoPilot Live 7 on my Mobile Device, I get a message that's say's "License Record Not Found"
The license file for CoPilot Live 7 has become corrupt and needs to be recreated.
Pocket PC Users:
1. On the Pocket PC, go to the Start Menu, Programs and then File Explorer
2. At the top left of the File Explorer window, just below were it says "File Explorer", you will see the name of the current folder you are in. This will be in black lettering and to the right of it you will see a small triangle pointing down. Click on the current folder name and select "My Device"
3. Open the "Windows" folder
4. Locate the "cpl7" file and delete it.
5. Once the license file has been deleted, close File Explorer and open CoPilot Live 7. You will be prompted to re-activate. After CoPilot Live 7 is re-activated, you can continue using the program.
Smartphone Users:
1. On the Smartphone, go to the Start Menu, File Manager
2. Browse to the \Storage\My Documents folder
3. Locate the "cpl7" file and delete it.
4. Once the license file has been deleted, close File Explorer and open CoPilot Live 7. You will be prompted to re-activate. After CoPilot Live 7 is re-activated, you can continue using the program
