During the desktop installation of CoPilot Live 7, I receive this error "Error 1305. Error reading from file <name of file here>. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

1305 errors are due to either a dirty or defective CD/DVD disc. Please try the following:

1. Take the disc out of the CD/DVD drive.
2. Using a soft cloth, wipe the CD/DVD from the center hole to the outer edge
3. Put the CD/DVD back in the CD/DVD drive and try the installation again.

*Warning - Never use solvents to clean your CD unless it is from a CD Cleaning Kit, as many hosehold solvents can cause permanent damage to the disc
