1. When I try to import custom places from Microsoft Outlook,
the option is greyed out , and I can only choose "import from an
existing file".
Answer: The alkxml.dll file did not install properly.
1. Here is how to correct the file:
1. Close CoPilot
2. Go to Start -> Run and type in "cmd" and click "ok"
3. Type in "CD C:\Program Files\CoPilot\Laptop8\App" (This
is the default installation folder) and hit the "Enter" key
on your keyboard.
4. Type in "regsvr32 alkxml.dll" and hit the "Enter"
key on your keyboard.
5. If the file was successful, you'll see a message that says "DllRegister
Server in alkxml.dll succeeded." Click "ok"
6. Type in "Exit" to close the command window
7. Open CoPilot, go to Tools -> Import Custom Places and "import
from Microsoft Outlook" should now be an option.
