1. How do I activate my CoPilot Live | Pocket PC4 software?

For Automatic activation, follow the steps below (requires Pocket PC connection with a Desktop computer that is connected to the internet):

1. Connect your Pocket PC to your Desktop computer via ActiveSync®
2. Run CoPilot Live on the Pocket PC
3. If prompted, enter your Product Key and tap "OK"
4. Connect your Desktop computer to the internet
5. Tap "Next" on your Pocket PC
6. Enter your e-mail address and tap "Next"

For Manual activation, follow the steps below (requires access to a Desktop computer that is connected to the internet):

1. Run CoPilot Live on the Pocket PC
2. If prompted, enter your Product Key and tap "OK"
3. Select the "Activate manually" box and tap "Next"
4. On your Desktop computer, go to http://activate.alk.com
5. On the web page, enter your Product Key, License Number, and e-mail address and click "Submit"
Note: The Product Key and License Number are displayed on the Pocket PC activate screen in blue. 6. Enter the Activation code displayed on the web page on your Pocket PC and tap "Activate"

Note: A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

If you do not have an internet connection or the activation is unsuccessful, contact ALK technical support at techsupport@alk.com to receive an activation code. Please include your Product Key and License Number in the e-mail.
