I do not have the option to install Female Text-to-Speech
during the CoPilot Installaton. How can I install it?
The Female Text-to-Speech option is missing from the
installation. To install Female Text-to-Speech, please first install CoPilot
using the Male Text-to-Speech option and follow the steps below:
1. After Copilot has been installed to the Pocket PC, go to
the Pocket PC and click on Start->Settings->System Tab->Remove
Programs
2. Locate and remove Pocket Speech
3. Perform a Soft Reset.
4. Connect your Pocket PC to your desktop via Microsoft ActiveSync
5. On your desktop, open My Computer and browse to C:\Program Files\CoPilot\PocketPC6\CEQStart\English
6. In the English folder there will be a file named TTSUS_F.cab, Right click
on this file and select Copy.
7. Open the Microsoft ActiveSync window and click the Explore button
8. Browse to \My Pocket PC\My Documents
9. Click on the Edit menu and select Paste to copy the Text-to-Speech installation
file to the Pocket PC
10. Once the file has been copied, go to the Pocket PC and click Start->Programs->File

11. Browse to \My Device\My Documents
12. Locate and tap on TTSUS_F.cab file to install.
13. Once the installation is complete, you will now have Text-to-Speech
the next time you open CoPilot.
