The speech option to switch voices is grayed out. How can I fix this?

Please install the latest patch and then follow these directions:

On your desktop:

  1. Open My Computer
  2. Browse to C:\Program Files\CoPilot\PocketPC6
  3. Locate and Right click on the folder named"Speech" and select Copy
  4. Close My Computer
  5. Connect your Pocket PC to your desktop via ActiveSync
  6. Open the ActiveSync window and click on the Explore button
  7. Browse to My Mobile Device\Storage Card\CoPilot
  8. Locate and Delete the "Speech" folder
  9. Once the "Speech" Folder is deleted, go to the edit menu and select Paste to copy the NEW speech folder from your desktop to the Storage Card on the Pocket PC.
  10. Once the Speech folder has been copied, you can now open Copilot on the Pocket PC and switch between speech options.
