Can I use CoPilot’s Live features and send and receive phone calls at the same time?

Smartphones cannot be connected to the Internet and be used for phone conversation at the same time.

However, while in GPRS mode you will be alerted to an incoming phone call. If you choose to answer the call, the phone automatically closes the GPRS connection and switches to phone mode. After the call is ended, CoPilot will automatically attempt to reestablish the GPRS connection.

Note: If CoPilot is in the process of actively sending or transferring data over the GPRS connection, an incoming phone call will be sent directly to voicemail. This is a feature of all programs that use the Internet and is not specific to CoPilot. To reduce the possibility of this happening, choose to broadcast your position less frequently. Go to Menu> Options> Live> Settings: Broadcast Position Every.
