2. I'm getting the following error message: "Door to Door 2000 Deluxe caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL"
The KERNEL32.DLL error message is related to Windows, but before contacting Microsoft, please try the following:
- Uninstall your TravRoute program. To uninstall, follow the directions below.
- Double click on My Computer.
- Double click on Control panel.
- From control panel double click on the icon for "Add-remove programs"
- From the list inside "Add-remove programs" highlight TravRoute Door to Door 2000 Deluxe, and click on the Add/remove button below.
- Once it starts uninstalling, at one point it might ask you if you want to remove shared files, if it does select "No to All" for that question.
- Next double click on My Computer.
- Double click on C: drive (or the drive Door to Door 2000 Deluxe was installed to)
- Double click on Program Files.
- If a TravRoute folder exists "RIGHT" click on it and select "delete.
- At this point every thing related to the program is deleted.
- Reboot your system and reinstall the program.
Please reference the user's manual if you have questions concerning installation. Usually uninstalling and reinstalling will fix the problem.
