1. Door-to-Door 2000 Deluxe is only giving me directions from city-to-city and is not taking me to or from the specific addresses that I have entered.

  1. Did you enter a city, state or ZIP code in the "City, State, ZIP Code" field (left-hand side of the trip planner window)?
    1. If no, please do so and hit enter so the entry is highlighted in GREEN.
    2. If yes, please hit enter so the entry is highlighted in GREEN.
  2. Did you enter an address in the address field (right hand side of the trip planner window?
    1. If no, please do so and hit enter so the entry is highlighted in GREEN.
    2. If yes, please hit enter so the address is highlighted in GREEN.
      When the city, state or ZIP and the address are highlighted in GREEN, the TravRoute program knows you have confirmed your selection and will use that as your starting point. If your selections are not highlighted in GREEN, the program will begin at the city, state or ZIP code center entered in the left hand side of the trip planner window.
  3. Once all of your selections are highlighted in GREEN, please click the "RUN" button to generate your driving directions and maps.
    If all of your selections are highlighted in GREEN, you've clicked the "RUN" button, and you're still having trouble, please send a request to our technical support team. A representative will check them and get back to you as soon as possible.
