3. I use a proxy server and am having trouble connecting my desktop computer using Live functionality. The problem of not being able to connect to the Live Server is typically not due to a proxy server configuration - this problem typically occurs if your computer system is protected by a firewall. If your system has a firewall, it will need to allow port 9877 traffic. Please review your firewall software manual or contact your system administrator to address this issue.
