I received my new version of PC*MILER but I haven't received my Product Key Codes yet. What do I do? Please Email pcmsupport@alk.com and tag the subject line with 'Product Key Code Request'. In the body of the email, include your contact information with your company name, your serial number from the CD case (e.g. PCD1900000), and list the type of installation: single-user local install, single-user network install, or multi-user network install. This will ensure that the proper key codes are sent to you. A response email will be sent from alkservices@alk.com listing the products you purchased and the Product Key Codes needed to install.
