I only ordered PC*MILER but in the product packaging I received there was also a CD labeled PC*MILER|Streets - Street-level Data CD. When I started the installation, why was I never prompted to enter in this second "Street-level Data CD"? The full PC*MILER Product Line is included on the CDs sent to you, regardless of the solutions you purchase. The Product Key Code prompts the installation to unlock and install the products you purchase. If you did not purchase the PC*MILER|Streets Data Add-on, you will not be prompted to insert the Street-level Data CD during installation. If at a later date you are interested in another solution, please contact your sales rep to purchase the product. We will then send you a new product code to unlock the recently purchased product. | |||
