For Single User Installations (Local Installations from CD)
Put the Version 21 Product Line Install CD in your computer.
If the install starts up cancel out of the install.
Then Go to My Computer and then do a right click 'Explore' on the CD.
Double Click VCREDIST folder
Double Click vcredist_x86 folder
Double Click vcredist_x86.exe
When that install finishes your PC*MILER program should be fixed.
Or with the Product Line CD in your PC you can copy the following line
into your Start=>Run Box (Windows Key + R for Vista)
D:\VCREDIST\vcredist_x86\vcredist_x86.exe
If you CD Rom Drive is not D:\ Change to the D to the correct letter
