During the installation of PC*MILER when I try to activate the product using this key code, the following error appears: "Network Product Key Detected - Incorrect Type Specified." This error signifies that the Product Key Code has detected a network install instead of a local install. If you are not doing a Network install, please email pcmsupport@alk.com to issue you a new Product Key Code. The Email sent should tag the subject line with 'Product Key Code Request'. In the body of the email, include your contact information with your company name, your serial number from the CD case (e.g. PCD1900000), and list the type of installation: Single-user: local install. This will ensure that the proper key codes are sent to you. A response email will be sent from alkservices@alk.com listing the products you purchased and the Product Key Codes needed to install. | |||
