If you have recently received PC*MILER 21.1 and you have made a change to the default options, and the program will no longer geocode any location, you will need the patch below. If the program geocodes stops after making a change to the default options, then you will not need this.

FIXES
- PC*MILER|Streets-Batch Pro now geocodes addresses using
a 80% confidence level, it was previously set to 100%. Before,
the Geocoder only matched and imported addresses with "exact
matches" to the database. With this change, the Geocoder
has been set to increase the "hit rate" of address
matching and now allows deviated spellings and abbreviations
of imported addresses to match the database. (e.g. An important
address of 10 N. Main will match PC*MILER|Streets address
of 10 North Main St.)
- Generating routes using Highway Only City/Zip Routing
Option was not providing mileage to the physical address
when an address was either an origin or destination along
the route. This has been fixed so that a route will generate
mileage to the physical address regardless of the City/Zip
Routing Option one chooses, either "Highway Only"
or "Use Local Streets". (The "Highway Only"
option calculates routes that include stops without street
addresses using an air distance from the midpoint of the
nearest highway segment to the local street address. The
"Use Local Streets" option calculates the actual
driving distance on every local street from the nearest
highway segment to the stop.)
NOTE: All PC*MILER|BatchPro v17 users must also download the PC*MILER
17 Patch (17.0.0.32). v17fullp3.zip
for the v17bp.zip patch to work.
