PC*MILER|Connect is not interfacing with my third party program properly.
What can I do?
First, double check with your third party vendor for a list of the PC*MILER
Solutions needed for the interface. Next, make sure you have PC*MILER,
and all relevant solutions installed. If all products are installed, check
that each program is working.
- Click on Start, then Programs, then PC*MILER 18 (or 19) then Connect
Tester. This should bring up a window listing some general information
about the product and some sample route files.
- If needed, you can also click on Start > Programs > PC*MILER 18 (or
19)> Mapping. This should open up a separate window with the PC*MILER
map. If it does open, then PC*MILER|Mapping is working properly. If not,

problem.
