ALK Technologies - Technology that Drives Transportation - GPS Navigation Evolved

I have PC*MILER 17 (or higher) Mapping installed, but when I click on the Mapping Tester Start|Programs|PC*MILER 17 (or higher) Mapping, I get an error that says 'Failed to load geocode.dll from (null)'. What can I do?

A. The following must be changed in DOS at the command prompt. Follow the directions below.
1. Click on Start > Run and type: command and hit [enter]
2. Type: cd \ and hit [enter]
3. Type: cd winnt (or windows) and hit [enter]
4. Type: copy pcmserve.ini pmwssrv.ini and hit [enter]
5. Type: y to overwrite if prompted.
6. Type: exit and hit [enter]
