2. I already have a partnership established between my PC and Pocket PC but when I attempt to download data I receive a message saying "No partnership found". What can I do to fix this?

  1. You may need to select files in ActiveSync as one of your options.
    • Open Microsoft ActiveSync by double clicking on the icon.
    • Go to Tools and Options in the menu.
    • Scroll Down the list and be sure you have placed a check in the check box for sharingFiles.
  2. You may have to reset the Pocket PC before you can download the files. Please lift the Pocket PC off the cradle and push the Reset button located on the back of the Pocket PC. If you just turn the power off and back on again it will not work. You need to Reset the device. Once you have reset the device place it back on the cradle and it should start to synchronize automatically.
