2. When I open Pocket CoPilot 2.0 on my Pocket PC I do not see a map in any view. How can I fix this?
- I. Your Display settings on your Pocket PC may need to be adjusted.
- Tap the Start menu on your Pocket PC.
- Tap Settings.
- Adjust the Brightness and Contrast for the display and check to see if the map is now visible.
- II. If adjusting your display on the Pocket PC did not fix the problem you will need to delete the program and reinstall.
- First you need to perform a HARD reset of the Pocket PC. Warning: Performing a HARD reset will delete any programs that were not installed by the factory like Pocket CoPilot 2.0. You need to Back Up of all your files before performing the HARD reset or you will lose all your information.
- Next reinstall Pocket CoPilot 2.0 to your Pocket PC.
The program should now display the map correctly.
