4. I try to launch the Pocket CoPilot software on my Pocket PC and I get a message, "Unable to open Pocket CoPilot. Please make sure the compact flash card has been inserted or the data has been properly downloaded" What should I do?
- The first thing you should do is refer to question 1 of this section and follow steps according to the location you specified.
- Once you have done that, refer to question 2 and follow the directions according to the option you selected.
- If you downloaded your data to a flash card and still receive the same error message try taking out the flash card, soft resetting your Pocket PC and reinserting the flash card again.
- If your data was downloaded to the Pocket PC main memory please make sure you have followed the steps correctly for downloading data.
- Make sure the application is installed on the Pocket PC.
- Make sure your Pocket PC is connected to ActivSync and you have a partnership established.
