For orders placed over the PHONE with an ALK sales representative, contact our customer service team.
For orders placed through ALK’s WEB SITE, check your order online 24 hours a day or send an email to webstore@alk.com.
If you purchased your product through a catalog, a reseller, or in a retail store, you will need to contact that seller directly.
