6. When I attempt to use Pocket CoPilot 2.0 I get the following error message: "Get AGD: error reading AGD" How can I fix this?

If you are receiving the error "Get AGD: error reading AGD" on your desktop or laptop please follow the instructions below:

  • Double click on My Computer
  • Double click on your C: drive or the drive where you installed the Pocket CoPilot Data CDs.
  • Double click on Program Files.
  • Double click on the TravRoute folder.
  • Locate the DataCD folder and Right click on it then select Delete.
  • Next delete the DataCD folder from your Recycle Bin.
  • Reinstall your Data CDs to your hard drive.
  • Insert your East or West coast Data CD into your CD-ROM.
  • Double click on My Computer.
  • Double click on your CD-ROM drive.
  • Double click on the Install folder.
  • Double click on the setup.exe file (it looks like a computer with a box of disks in front) ยท The installation wizard will guide you through the installation of your Data CD to your hard drive. Repeat the process for both Data CDs if desired.

If you are receiving the error "Get AGD: error reading AGD" on your Pocket PC please follow the instructions below:

  • Instructions if Data is located on Device Main memory:
    • Tap on Start
    • Tap on Programs
    • Tap on File Explorer
    • Tap on My Documents and select My Device
    • Tap and hold the TravRoute folder and then select Delete
    • Download your data again from scratch using the Data Download wizard
  • Instructions if Data is located on a storage card:
    • Tap on Start
    • Tap on Programs
    • Tap on File Explorer
    • Tap on My Documents and select My Device
    • Tap on Storage Card
    • Tap and hold the TravRoute folder and then select Delete
    • Download your data again from scratch using the Data Download wizard
