4. I have Pocket CoPilot hooked up properly and have waited several minutes for a GPS signal but still do not get a signal. What should I do?
- The software has been set to filter out GPS readings while the car is stationary. Try driving to verify that Pocket CoPilot will track you.
- Please make sure the power adapter is plugged in to the cigarette lighter in your car.
- Under GPS make sure there is a check mark next to receiving.
- If not please tap on receiving to check it on. If you can not place a check mark next to receiving by tapping on it please hit the Reset button located on the bottom of the iPaq while our program is open and the GPS unit is connected. The Reset button is a small hole located on the bottom of the iPaq.
- Once you hit the reset button open the program again and make sure there is a check mark next to receiving.
