1. Using Windows NT during step 2 of 3 of the Data Download process my download stops and I get the following error message: "access violation at address 77f64d48. Read of address 000000id" How can I fix this?
- Download and Save the attachment ceSvc.dll file to your desktop.
- Locate the file on your desktop and Right click on it then select "Copy".
- Copy (and replace) this file to the App directory (default location is "C:\Program Files\TravRoute\PocketCP\App").
- Once you copy the new file and replace the existing file you should be able to use Pocket CoPilot normally.
