Installation and CD

1. I have lost or did not receive my Installation Key Code and I can't install the program. What should I do?

Data Download Wizard

1. When attempting to download map data using the Map Area feature Pocket CoPilot always asks me to redraw an area even though I already have. The Reported area is always 0 Mb no matter how large an area I draw using the mouse. How can I fix this?
2. When I create a Trip using the Trip option in the data download wizard I can not find the trip file on my Pocket PC. Where is the trip saved to?
3. When attempting to download data to either my devices Main memory or my Compact Flash card Pocket CoPilot reports there's 0mb available for map data and I cannot download. What could be the cause for this?

GPS Receiver and Tracking

1. While running Pocket CoPilot on my iPaq 5400 series, the application freezes when using the Detour feature or calculating a new route. This causes my device to freeze and reset itself back to the factory defaults. How can I fix this?

Printing

1. If you need to print a map immediately, you can print maps using the following procedure.
2. My maps will only print on half a page. How can I get them to print over the entire page?
