12. When I use my T-Mobile Pocket PC phone with Pocket CoPilot, I never get a GPS signal and Receiving is not checked. How can I fix this?

  1. On the Pocket PC go to Start> Settings> Connections.
  2. Under Connections tap on Beam.
  3. Uncheck the option "Receive all incoming beams and select discoverable mode."
  4. Open Pocket CoPilot and check to make sure Receiving is checked.
    • There is a known issue with the XDA in that the IR and serial connector (port) share the same COM port. Since both ports cannot be opened simultaneously, GPS receiving is not checked (which means that the port cannot be opened by Pocket CoPilot).
