1. I have lost or did not receive my Installation Key Code and I can't install the program. What should I do?

You should have received an Installation Key Code on the front of your CD jewel case -- it is a 14 character code beginning with PCP.

If you cannot locate your jewel case, please send an email to keycode@travroute.com AND include the following information:

  • The name on the order
  • The email address on the order
  • Where you purchased Pocket CoPilot 3.0
