FAQs

Q: How much does it cost to attend the ALK Transportation Technology Summit?

A: The regular registration fee is $295 and includes participation in the Golf Outing on Tuesday, May 15, as well as the conference on Wednesday, May 16 & Thursday, May 17.

Q: Am I able to register for the event on-site?

A: No, registration will be closed online on May 8, 2012 and there will be no on-site registration.

Q: What is the cancelation policy?

A: The conference registration fee is refundable, minus a $100 cancelation fee, if your registration is canceled by April 30,2012.  No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions are allowed.

Q: Are guests invited to attend?

A: Yes, guests are welcome at the event.  When completing your registration, you’ll be able to add a guest name. 

Q: Are there exhibitors at the event?

A: Unlike traditional industry events such as tradeshows or user conferences, there is no exhibition space, therefore no booths to set up.  The primary objective of this event is to gather a highly influential group of individuals for candid discussions on ways technology will continue to move the industry forward.

Q: Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Q: What is the conference attire?

A: Business casual is the recommended conference attire. Meeting room temperatures may be cool so attendees are encouraged to bring a jacket or wear layered clothing. If you are attending dinner on Wednesday night at Prospect House on Princeton University’s campus, cocktail attire is suggested.  Jackets are suggested for men.
