Mr. Bickmore serves as TransCore’s executive vice president and general manager for the commercial business services group, promoted to this position in January 2007. His role encompasses both the company’s commercial businesses serving the fleet market including freight matching, operations management, fleet compliance, satellite communication sales, as well as overseeing the company’s domestic and international radio frequency identification (RFID) sales and marketing for the rail, intermodal, fleet, parking, logistics, and homeland security markets. His responsibilities also include the international sales for TransCore’s RFID-based electronic toll collection technology.
Prior to TransCore’s acquisition of Amtech Systems from Intermec Technologies in July 2000, Mr. Bickmore led Intermec’s $20 million RFID sales unit and in 1998 won Intermec’s President’s Award. For three years, Mr. Bickmore served as managing director of Amtech Systems’ European operations, headquartered in Paris, France.
Mr. Bickmore currently sits on the board of directors for three Hong Kong-based companies, and for two years served as vice chairman of the board of Beijing Sutong, a toll technology company with operations in Beijing, China.
Mr. Bickmore has worked in the transportation industry for over 34 years with more than 15 years managing worldwide RFID sales and 17 years in Railroad line operations, information technology, industrial engineering, terminals and management. |

Currently Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Mike’s primary expertise since joining the company in August 1983 has been software design and architecture, and applications programming particularly associated with transportation issues.
Mike directed the development of the Door-to-Door product line from ALK’s former TravRoute division: the first computer-based mapping product to provide street-level driving directions for the entire United States. Door-to-Door was the flagship product in, and serves as the backbone for, the award-winning CoPilot® in-vehicle route guidance product line.
Serving as the Lead Programmer and Project Manager, his team developed a motive power system for Canadian National Railways. CN's operations control center uses the network of high-resolution color graphic user and projector workstations, 24 hours per day, to manage the daily operations of their entire fleet of locomotives.
Mike was the original developer of ALK's PC*MILER® computer-based highway routing and mileage guide. He also served as the lead designer and developer of a fuel tax reporting system. Together, these two products are used extensively by state fuel tax auditors and throughout the trucking industry. A member of Sigma Xi, he graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree and a concentration on the fields of transportation and computer graphics. |

Kevin has 35 years of experience in the trucking industry, including LTL, TL, Air Freight and consolidation. Since 1990, he has been President of Jet Express, Inc., as well as a partner in the company. Under Kevin’s leadership, Jet Express currently has 90 company drivers, 320 owner-operators and 600 trailers. The company handles up to 500 truckloads per day throughout the United States, primarily for the “just-in-time” automotive industry. Providing excellent service, the company was awarded the prestigious “Worldwide Supplier Award” 3 consecutive years.
Kevin is currently Chairman of the Truckload Carrier’s Association, based in Alexandria, VA.
Kevin has been an active member of the American Trucking Association since 1990. He was recently Chairman of the Labor and Regulatory Committee and also serves on the Membership and Communication/Image committees.
He is a member of the Ohio Trucking Association, the Miami Valley Transportation Club in Dayton, OH, the Saginaw, MI Transportation Club and is involved in numerous committees including the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission.
Kevin is a hands-on leader who believes in team sharing on all projects; i.e.: “drivers drive the company.” He recently felt compelled to get his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and was issued his license in September, 2008.

Robert W. Howard is President and CEO of RWH Trucking, Inc. and RWH Logistics, Inc. located in Oakwood, Georgia. Robert has 31 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry and is a long-time member of the Georgia Motor Truck Association.
Robert began his trucking business during his college years with one driver and one truck. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1983, he worked for three brokerage firms over a period of six years. In April of 1989, he opened his brokerage business, “Southeastern Services,” which is now RWH Logistics.
Due to customer demand, Robert established RWH Trucking, Inc., a long-haul refrigerated trucking company that now runs 140 trucks across the continental U.S. Its major long-time customers include: Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Wayne Farms, LLC, The Hershey Company, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, and Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc., which includes Nestlé®, Häagen-Dazs® and Edy’s®.
Seeing the importance of using technology to advance his business, RWH chose McLeod Software’s LoadMaster® system in 1991 as its transportation management solution. His LoadMaster system now interfaces with ALK Technologies’ PC*Miler, QUALCOMM, Squarerigger, Comdata and IDSC.
In 2009, RWH Logistics purchased the McLeod iLENS™ 3PL freight procurement and management software, allowing RWH to provide a complete transportation solution and to secure their first dedicated contract with the country’s 4th largest poultry producer. |

Dr. Kornhauser is the Founder of ALK Technologies, Inc. His full-time occupation is Professor of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University, where he is also Director of the Interdepartmental Transportation Research Program, Co-Director of the Center for Transportation Information and Decision Engineering and an affiliated faculty member of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
Alain's recent research includes the application of large-scale network models, stochastic optimization techniques, and computer graphics to transportation problems. He is also studying fundamental aspects of human information processing, which he is applying to the design of neural networks, expert systems, robotics and automated highway systems.
Another important area of Alain's research focuses on the formulation, development and enhancement of planning, analysis and real-time management models for freight transportation systems, worldwide. These efforts have produced a broad range of analytical tools and software systems that are widely used throughout the transportation and logistics industry. ALK Technologies’ PC*MILER product line is the industry standard for mileage and routing in North America.
Alain has also led the development of the CoPilot suite of portable in-vehicle navigation systems for consumers and business professionals. Recognized by numerous awards, CoPilot is setting the world standard for real-time, GPS based, turn-by-turn directions. CoPilot products that route door-to-door and dock-to-dock throughout the United States, Western Europe, and Australia are widely available for mobile devices, notebook, and Tablet PC hardware platforms.
Alain received his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 1971. He is a member of many professional societies, has been published extensively in scholarly journals and has made numerous presentations at professional conferences around the world. He has also completed 12 New York City marathons. |

Kush Parikh is globally responsible for business development and sales where he focuses on revenue generation and content acquisition across INRIX’s key markets including automotive, mobile, public sector, and enterprise fleet. Parikh has over 15 years of experience in the high tech sector, primarily in mobile applications, wireless, and embedded devices. His functional expertise varies from sales and product marketing to full profit and loss responsibility in emerging markets.
Prior to INRIX, Parikh most recently ran strategic marketing in Texas Instruments mobile connectivity group. In this role, he helped build various businesses including WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, and Mobile TV. Key partners and customers included Microsoft, AT&T, Sprint, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and Samsung.
Previously at TI, Parikh served as a consultant to multiple emerging businesses including portable medical devices, mobile data terminals, and multi-core semiconductor devices. He also worked as a principal, where he evaluated the viability of start-up companies for both investment and partnership.
Earlier in his career, Parikh was a product marketing and applications engineer for the hard disk drive market at IBM Microelectronics. Parikh holds a MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. |

In June of 1997, Bob was named President & CEO of the Transportation Intermediaries Association. TIA is the only organization representing the interests of North American transportation intermediaries of all disciplines: brokers, domestic freight forwarders, air forwarders, international forwarders, logistics management companies, intermodal marketing companies, and perishable commodity brokers.
Prior to joining TIA, Bob was the Director of Policy for the National Industrial Transportation League. Before his NIT League position, Bob was appointed by President George Bush to serve as Chief of Staff to Interstate Commerce Commissioner Ed Emmett. Prior to coming to Washington, Bob worked for two economic development and area planning associations in Houston, Texas. Bob has also worked as staff director for a committee of the Texas House of Representatives, and as a political consultant.
Bob, his wife Ginger, and sons Griffin and Campbell live in Alexandria, Virginia on land once part of George Washington’s estate.

Paul Will was appointed Vice Chairman of Celadon in August 2007 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 1998. He also currently serves as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary. He joined Celadon in 1993 as Controller.
Mr. Will has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. A graduate of Indiana University, he spent several years working in public accounting for KPMG prior to joining Celadon. He is a certified public accountant and serves on the board of Celadon and the American Trucking Associations' National Accounting and Finance Council
(NAFC). In 2006, he was recognized as being “Indiana’s Best and Brightest” in Accounting among professionals age 40 and under.
